Donat Podnyek
Donat has been working with KPMG in Moscow since 1999 and has more than 12 years of advisory experience in taxation. He is responsible for providing tax advice to local and multinational companies operating in different industries and to individuals.
Donat specialises in:
structuring assignments of multinational companies employees to Russia and abroad, including cross-border tax planning;
implementing local/adjustment of global stock based incentive plans for various levels of employees in Russia;

Irina Narysheva
Irina Narysheva joined KPMG practice in 2003. Before KPMG she worked 5 years in international law firm CMS.
Irina is engaged in various projects including M&A transaction support, business restructuring, setting up corporate management structures for large groups of companies and joint ventures, legal support of investment projects.
Irina represented clients' interests in courts of arbitration of the Russian Federation in relation to corporate disputes, real estate title disputes, invalidation of transactions, disputes related to power abuse by corporate management.
Irina is a member of Governmental Expert group for development of legislation in the area of corporate, administrative and bankruptcy law formed by the Ministry of Economics.

Arthur Valiullin
Arthur Valiullin is a Partner at Da Vinci Capital, where he is responsible for deal sourcing and execution. He also leads business development of Fund I and Fund II portfolio companies, including fundraising and M&A. Arthur has over 10 years of experience in the private equity and venture capital industry. Previously, he was responsible for deal origination and execution at New Russia Growth (NRG) Private Equity, where he closed several transactions in the retail and e-commerce industries. Before NRG, Arthur worked at PPF Investments, where he executed several transactions in the finance, retail, and mining industries with a total value over USD 2 billion. Arthur started his professional career at the International Venture Fund, where he evaluated startup ventures in the CIS. Maxim Matveev
Maxim Matveev is a Director of Aterra Capital. He is currently a member of the Board at Silver Bear Resources (TSX:SBR). Maxim Matveev is an investment expert with more than twenty years of experience in corporate finance and equity capital markets. At Aterra he focuses on the valuation of mining companies, interacts with stakeholders of portfolio companies to develop strategy, raise project financing, conduct corporate restructuring and progress project development. Prior to joining Aterra Capital in 2015, Maxim was a lead metals and mining equity analyst at ING Bank, where he built up relationships with portfolio managers in major investment funds in the UK and Europe. In 2005-2008 Maxim held a Vice President position in the Corporate Finance department of Deutsche Bank, where he had extensive experience in both M&A and capital markets transactions. He contributed to the success of several landmark transactions, including $470m Globaltrans IPO (2008), $605m Polymetal IPO (2007), $1.2bn Severstal SPO (2007), $317m Raspadskaya IPO (2006). In 2000-2005 Maxim worked as an equity research analyst in Alfa Bank and was responsible for the coverage of Russian metals and mining companies. Born in 1973. Maxim Matveev is a 1996 graduate of the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology, where he earned a MSc degree in Physics. He is a CFA charterholder since 2000. In 2019 he received a Diploma in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors (UK).

Ekaterina Zakharova
Ekaterina is a partner and head of venture capital practice at ASB Consulting Group. She has over 13 years of experience in establishing and structuring PE/VC funds, technology start-ups, supporting cross-border investment transactions, corporate governance of companies, as well as an extensive litigation practice in corporate and other civil law issues. She is a recognised expert in structuring and supporting Russian venture capital funds formed as an investment partnership and has unique experience in merging venture capital funds. Ekaterina has participated in closing more than 100 investment deals with checks from US$300 thousands to US$30 million both in Russia and abroad.
Ekaterina is a regular speaker and judge at venture fairs organised by RVCA and a legal expert on venture investing at the Moscow Investors Club. She participates in the development of the venture capital market and its legislative regulation as a member of the team supported by the RVC. As a speaker, she trains startups in acceleration programmes of venture capital market development institutions, such as IIDF, Innopolis, HSE and helps to create ecosystems to support Russian venture projects abroad.
Denis Ivanov
Investment professional with extensive experience in corporate finance, M&A, and IPO transactions. Previously spent 12 years at Renaissance Capital (a leading emerging markets investment bank) in Moscow and Johannesburg, as head of FMCG sector for EMEA region. Completed over 30 transactions in Europe and Africa has raised over $4bn of equity for its clients. Founder of two startups (e-commerce and mobile gaming).
Maxim Kravchenko
Maxim Kravchenko graduated from the Moscow Aviation Institute and was trained at TU Berlin. In 1996, he worked as an analyst for the French company Atria Advisors. From 1998 to 2005, he was the Head of the Corporate Finance Department at Alfa-Bank, where he completed over 35 transactions during his career. In 2005, he co-founded and became an Executive Partner of Aquila Capital Group (hereinafter ACG). During his time at ACG, he has completed about 30 M&A transactions in telecommunications, retail, banking, chemicals and FMCG. He has been an Executive Partner at PCG since 2013, responsible for the investment banking development.
Kirill Kozhevnikov
Kirill joined the team in November 2018 as an on-the-ground Partner of RTP Global in India.
Before RTP Global Kirill was an MD and Partner at the Indian VC fund of a Russian conglomerate. He has co-developed investment thesis of the fund, launched its operations in late 2015, led and completed 5 out of the fund's 10 investments in 2016-2018, and served as Board Member in Indian and Singaporean companies. Prior to that for 5 years he was managing multiple VC deals in Russia as a Venture Partner at European fund, and as a Chief Investment Officer at sovereign nanotechnology fund. Kirill started his career with 2 years in the Big Four company and moved to investment banking where he was doing M&A deals and corporate finance advisory for 7 years. Kirill has a Master degree in Engineering and Economics from Moscow Aviation Institute, and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
In June 2019 Kirill started Kauffman Fellowship, one of the world's premier innovation, leadership, and venture capital focused programs, and is a member of Class 24.
